Public playlists are now available on Amiga Paradise.

Users can make their playlists public and share them with other visitors. Public playlists include their tracks, total duration and likes, and can also be saved by other registered users.

We have also introduced a new Embed system for both software cards and public playlists.

Why embeds?
Sometimes a simple link does not say very much about what is behind it. Embeds provide a small preview that can be placed directly on another website, blog, personal page or compatible forum, while keeping the information connected to Amiga Paradise.

They are mainly intended for people who run websites, blogs, community pages or other projects related to Amiga, retro computing or video game music — but anyone who can insert an iframe can use them.

Some forums may also support them if they allow HTML/iframe embeds or provide an appropriate custom BBCode. Support depends on the forum configuration.

Customisable widgets
Embeds are available in several sizes and include a selection of visual themes inspired by classic computer environments.

A Custom mode is also available, allowing the background, panels, text, accent and border colours to be adjusted to better match the website where the widget will appear.

Public playlist embeds can additionally highlight either software titles or artists/composers featured in the playlist.

Not an external music player
One important distinction: these embeds do not stream Amiga Paradise music on another website.

They are not Spotify-style embedded players. Their purpose is to display information and provide a direct link back to the corresponding software card or public playlist on Amiga Paradise, where the music can then be explored and played.
